Products
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in China,
with raw materials sourced from different regional suppliers.
Why does my product have a slight odor?
The faint burnt scent on wood components is a normal byproduct of laser cutting, and it will dissipate naturally over time.
Do the products come with assembly instructions?
Every self-assembly board game organizer includes a full-color printed assembly manual. A digital version is also available on the corresponding product page.
I’m having assembly issues / parts were damaged during assembly
No worries — this happens occasionally. Simply contact us with the part numbers of the damaged pieces, and we will send free replacements. A small shipping fee may apply.
What is the Pre-Assemble option?
If you select Pre-Assemble, you will receive a fully finished, ready-to-use organizer. All assembly is done by our professional builders, and we use reinforced packaging to prevent transit damage.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal is currently available, and we are working to add more payment options.
Is my payment information kept private?
We do not store your payment details. Your shipping information is only used for one-time order fulfillment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to nearly every country worldwide.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Some English-edition products are currently being restocked, with a maximum lead time of 2–4 weeks.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within around 5 days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer for more distant destinations.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted for unopened items in original, undamaged, resalable condition.
